Graduate of the International School of Design. Joly develops the design concept, selects materials, coordinates with suppliers and craftsmen, and ensures that what is built matches exactly what was envisioned. Having both design and construction under one roof eliminates the gap where most projects lose quality.

I started in renovation at 18 in Saint Petersburg — working on apartments, learning every trade from the inside. After 8 years I built my own company, eventually managing 30+ projects in parallel.
When I moved to the UAE, I found the same problem at a much larger scale: clients with villas worth millions, completely exposed to a system that profits from their trust. Understated quotes, substituted materials, inflated change orders — I had seen it all from the inside, and chose not to be part of it.

We manage the full permits process: Dubai Municipality, developer NOCs, Trakhees, and Abu Dhabi authorities as required. We know the specific requirements for each zone after 3.5 years on this market.
Yes — this is one of our core use cases. Weekly video walkthroughs, photo reporting, financial dashboards, and scheduled calls. All decisions are documented before execution. You stay fully informed without being on-site.
AED 500,000. Below this, the economics of full professional oversight don't work well for either party. For smaller projects we're happy to recommend trusted alternatives.
